TikTok e-commerce Creator Growth and Development team’s objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scalable way to create e-commerce content in TikTok. This role will require daily interaction with local creators.

Responsibilities:
– Define in-app content strategy and establish content strategy that align with market preferences
– Cultivate and growing the creator’s persona & profile through content crafting
– Conceptualises, develop, brief, and execute various fresh content and channels; crafting the live sessions & short video concepts & materials, hashtags, and challenges
– Drive and manage content diversification across various topics, selling categories, campaign or collaboration
– Actively research market trends and strategically implement solutions to acquire new users and improve through content crafting
– Perform trend, content, and product analysis for strategic creator growth
– Able to work in a broadcasting area as a Production Operational Team

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or above. Min 2 years’ experience in content, marketing or social media in tech & media industry
– Experienced in platform content management or related fields, especially in livestream area
– Have an ability to create content strategy through analytical skill and market development
– Have an ability to explore new trends, initiatives, and special pushes
– Agile, great collaborators, have a good communications with interpersonal skills and also able to work in an international & diverse environment
– Fluent in both written and spoken English & Bahasa
– Broadcasting & E-commerce background is a plus
