TikTok e-commerce Creator Growth and Development team’s objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scalable way to create e-commerce content in TikTok. This role will require daily interaction with local creators.

Responsibilities:
– Define in-app content strategy and establish content ecosystem that align with market preferences.
– Conceptualises, develop and execute various fresh content through activating several content agendas; crafting the LIVE session concepts & materials, hashtags, challenges and fresh contents to support e-commerce Livestream Operation.
– Cultivate and growing the creator’s persona & profile through content crafting, especially Celebrity and Mega KOL.
– Drive and manage content diversification across various topics and selling categories.
– Actively research market trends and strategically implement solutions to acquire new users and improve retention through content crafting.
– Collaborate with a talent management team to nurture the content creators.
– Able to work in a broadcasting area as a Production Operational Team.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or above. Min. 2 years’ experience in content, marketing or partnership roles in the tech & media industry.
– Experienced in platform content management or related fields, especially in Livestream area.
– Experiences in New Digital Media (Livestream, YouTube & Celebrity Area) are preferable.
– Have an ability to create content strategy through analytical skill and market development.
– Have an ability to explore new trends, initiatives, and able to work on several pressure on creative tasks.-
– Agile, great collaborators, have good communications with interpersonal skills and are also able to work in an international & diverse environment.
– Fluent in both written and spoken English & Bahasa.
