About the Team:
The Organizational Culture department are the frontline guardians and promoters of our values, mission and vision within the company facing an audience of diversified staff around the world. From diversity & inclusion, study of organizational behaviors and effectiveness to event planning and creative designs of cultural items, our daily work covers a broad spectrum of topics related to people and culture. Responsibilities:
-Participate in developing the content and publicity strategies for TikTok’s culture, mission and leadership principles and responsible for the execution.
-Explore valuable business or employee stories, and help employees understand and identify with the company through storytelling with high-quality content or initiate employees’ participation in story sharing.
-Collaborate with global CSR teams, focusing on key corporate CSR-related projects to help employees better practice and understand CSR.
-Work closely with TikTok’s HR team and business leaders to identify internal culture and management problems within the company and different business lines and provide content solution plans.
-Facilitate TikTok’s cross-cultural fusion and communication, provide rich and creative localized content for employees throughout the world, helping them understand the company’s mission and concepts.
-Provide content strategy and publicity support for all key cultural projects or events in the company.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Philosophy or relevant fields;
-Excellent English ability in both speaking and writing;
-At least 5 years of content creation-related experience in publishing, internal communications, organization culture, corporate PR, social media marketing or creative agency;
-Excellent project management skills with the ability to run multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
-Passionate about human resources, able to think from a cross-cultural point of view;
-Embrace changes and challenges with an open mind.
