As the Manager of Campaign Operations, you cross-functionally manage the marketing automation stack. You excel at implementing multiple marketing campaigns, aligning them with marketing taxonomy and processing for reporting and analytics. You drive the end to end marketing campaign setup strategy ensuring integrations with technology and marketing automation architecture. These functions include leading business-to-business (B2B) strategies, marketing automation, technology integrations, marketing operations and analytics, lead generation, client life cycle management, brand and content. You maximize efficiency by leveraging the CRM technologies to manage administration and administer test cycles from inception through implementation.

You propel business through the development of enticing strategic multi-channel campaigns and promoting marketing throughout the organization. You grow and develop sales and revenue through client acquisition campaign development for the enterprise portfolio. You have an aptitude for analyzing marketing technology to improve or streamline the performance of campaigns. You excel at managing your team in an office environment while guiding and developing marketing campaigns for the Enterprise Marketing and Sales organization. You report to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:

  • Encourage company-wide excellence by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to enhance and simplify the client experience.
  • Be the empowering leader of marketing programs for all products and offers by leading a group of cross-functional marketing professionals, managing campaigns, lead generation, operations and analytics, marketing technologies, brand and content and test cycles from inception through implementation.
  • Drive the campaign development cycle by collaborating with business stakeholders to determine target strategies and schedules while ensuring a successful cycle through support of client acquisition.
  • Manage the end to end setup and configurations of enterprise wide marketing campaigns to ensure sales success.
  • Guide enterprise-wide marketing campaign taxonomy through collaboration with internal and external teams and business leaders.
  • Lead the campaign setup across Marketing Automation platforms like Eloqua, CRM platforms like Salesforce to ensure alignment with other reporting and analytics systems.
  • Work cross-functionally to manage the campaign data management ensuring the setup and delivery of the correct measurement metrics and hierarchy for campaign-based reports.
  • Expand industry knowledge by communicating with internal and external research groups, industry organizations and other experts.
  • Set and meet deadlines for multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency through effective project management skills.
  • Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.

Required keys for success:

  • Five or more years of marketing experience.
  • Proven prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while working with a sense of urgency.
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to manage all phases of a large project independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • History of working with all levels of an organization while showing sound judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties.
  • Expert at making recommendations and managing and fostering change.
  • Track record of analyzing and interpreting data to make recommendations.
  • Confident when presenting complex information at the executive level.
  • Solid attention to detail balanced with a focus on the client using honesty, integrity and ethics.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

How you will stand out from the crowd:

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data and continually evolve strategies based on key learnings.
  • Experience with Eloqua, Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiar with data management, Datorama or another analytics platform.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platform.
  • Successful track record of managing B2B marketing strategies, enterprise level taxonomy and implementing marketing programs or campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing operations, segmentation, market sizing, marketing automation, lead management and digital marketing.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to work independently, make decisions and resolve issues.

Your education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
  • Master’s degree in business administration (preferred).
