Highlights:

As the Manager of Campaign Development within the CRM, you drive the campaign life cycle process by serving in a cross-functional role that manages multiple technical marketing functions within the CRM. These functions include leading business-to-business (B2B) strategies, marketing technology integrations and development, marketing operations and analytics, lead generation, email campaign development, life cycle management, brand, content and test cycles from inception through implementation. You maximize efficiency by leveraging the CRM to manage administration and vendor relationships.

You propel Marketing and Sales activities through the development of enticing strategic multi-channel campaigns and market promotions within the CRM. You grow and develop unit sales and revenue by working cross-functionally to gather requirements for enhancements or new implementations of marketing technology into the CRM. You have an aptitude for analyzing marketing technology to improve or streamline the performance of campaigns. You excel at managing your team in an office environment while guiding and developing marketing campaigns for the Enterprise Marketing and Sales organization. You report to the Senior Manager of Process, Delivery & Support of Marketing Operations for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:

  • Encourage company-wide excellence by actively and consistently working toward enhancing and simplifying the client experience.
  • Be the empowering technical leader of the marketing program for all product campaigns and offers through business-to-business (B2B) strategies, marketing technology integrations and development, marketing operations and analytics, lead generation, campaign life cycle management, brand and content and test cycles from inception through implementation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to determine target strategies and schedules to ensure a successful and timely campaign launches.
  • Coordinate and implement enterprise-wide marketing campaigns through collaboration with internal teams and outside advertising agencies.
  • Expand industry knowledge by communicating with internal and external marketing and sales groups, industry subject matter experts (SMEs) and other experts.
  • Set and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency through effective project management skills.
  • Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.

Required keys for success:

  • Five or more years of marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Proven prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while working with a sense of urgency.
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to manage all phases of a large project independently and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • History of working with all levels of an organization while showing sound judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties.
  • Expert at making recommendations and managing and fostering change while maintaining client and company confidentiality.
  • Track record of analyzing and interpreting data to make recommendations.
  • Confident when presenting complex information at the executive level.
  • Strong attention to detail balanced with a focus on the client using honesty, integrity and ethics.
  • Hands-on experience with Eloqua, Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • In-depth understanding and experience with Smartsheets.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Effective spoken and written English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

How you will stand out from the crowd:

  • Proficient in email template, campaign development and HTML code.
  • Experience managing campaign segments and lists.
  • History of developing tracking codes and URL parameters for accurate reporting.
  • Expert in B2B marketing strategy, marketing technology, platforms and project management.
  • Track record of implementing new technology within a CRM environment.
  • Developed capacity for teamwork and a strong focus on the client.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
  • History of making decisions and resolving issues while working under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies.

Your education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
  • Advanced certification in Eloqua (preferred).
