The Marcom Program Manager Direct to Consumer will drive the CX and creative development of hp.com pages. In this role, the Marcom program manager will create the strategic vision on HP’s utilizing product marketing brief requirements, insights, and analytics to devise the experience for the print portfolio.

You are a visionary in consumer experience and have a record of accomplishment in making the complex simple. You are savvy in SEO and online customer behavior.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops overarching customer journey design for all .com print pages
  • Translates holistic product story into engaging and consumable online content
  • Develops online creative through testing and optimization methodology to delight and engage our customers.
  • Translates the overarching product story into engaging and consumable online content.
  • Build the customer journey design, testing, and optimization, with the ultimate goal of delighting our customers and growing market share
  • Writes and delivers clear and concise briefs for web page development
  • Project manages online deliverables to ensure synchronicity with new product introductions.
  • Influences the creative development of .com pages and shop pages

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing with a specialty in direct to consumer
  • Proven ability to articulate and communicate vision and narratives.
  • Demonstrated competence in influencing and inspiring XFN teams to action.
  • Ability to implement product marketing frameworks to drive consistency of narrative across deliverables.
  • Aptitude to synthesize data, insights, and research to develop business cases to improve
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
