About the Role:
The newly introduced Programs & Innovation team aims to productize and scale our Business Marketing efforts in order to create new monetization avenues and increase operational ROI. The role oversees 3 discipline aligned teams, with program mangers under each of:
– Content Solutions
– Creative Central Services + Strategy
– Marketing Central Services
– Lead the full suite of operational disciplines that keep our global marketing organization running efficiently including creative, strategy, operations, & B2B marketing.
– Partner with marketing pod leads and discipline leads on the development of annual strategies and plans for entire METAP Global Business Marketing organization.
– Objectively lead the process mapping of existing SOPs and prioritize what needs to be enhanced and scaled based on expected business impact.
– Create and roll out scalable partnership models required to fulfill the overall GBM team needs to achieve scale.
– Lead a team of operational experts in the delivery of agreed enhancements and projects that can include the building and sourcing of centralized resources and capabilities and the production of the required reports and insights for management required for decision making.
– Support functional teams in understanding stakeholder needs and building cross functional projects to respond to those needs.
– Act as the central point of reference for what is happening across the organization, and help different teams find synergies with the objective of reducing duplication and redundancy.
– Own the marketing measurement discipline. Support the various functional teams in target setting and tracking based on a single framework from budgeting to objectives. and report aggregate operational outcomes to senior leadership and provide recommendations on capitalization/mitigation.
– Management & tracking of commercialization and marketing budgets.
– Advanced commercial and operational knowledge and experience with a track record of building and managing revenue driving activities.
– Proven experience with complex stakeholder management.
– 10+ years in management of teams and/or functions in digital marketing industry or agency with understanding of media tech platforms.
– Strong communication skills to lead cross-functional teams & projects.
– Experience in the content solutions and/or program management space is a major plus.
– Experience in the METAP region is a major plus.
