Job Description

 

  • Create world-class demos for use in marketing events, analyst evaluations, and to bring product web pages to life 

  • Develop and execute technical enablement to Solutions Engineers, partners, and practitioners that helps to differentiate our products by understanding customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces.

  • Create enablement journeys for the technical GTM team

  • Work with GTM to establish a continuous feedback loop ) to influence sales collateral and technical content (advanced use cases, demo scripts, and demos)

  • Collaborate with Sales to understand & support ongoing enablement, and maximize the impact of Freshworks products for the midmarket and enterprise audience

Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement:

  • Enable Freshworks’ global sales and solution engineering teams to ensure that they are able to actively demonstrate Freshworks products, pitch key use cases, and help drive deals to close.

  • Create compelling and useful enablement assets such as playbooks, demo videos, demo scripts, and advance use cases

  • Partner with Solution Engineering to build killer demo assets and stories that wow customers

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build consensus, alignment and engagement across Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Enablement, and Sales Engineering

Events Strategy:

  • Present at events, demo kiosks, webinars, and other related forums 

  • Create the user group experience for our practitioner audience 

  • Develop compelling hands-on solution labs for advanced understanding and usage of our solutions

  • Grow number of technical advocates who can speak proudly about their Freshworks experience

Qualifications

  • 10+ years technical marketing or technical enablement experience

  • Strong understanding of the SaaS and cloud enterprise application space such as IT Service Management, Customer Experience/Support, Salesforce automation, Marketing automation, and chat/messaging software

  • Enthusiasm and empathy for genuinely improving how businesses serve and engage people

  • Ability to develop persona and use-case led demo stories

  • Can quickly synthesize disparate data into a demo story and compelling scripts that connects with both internal stakeholders and customers

  • Proven ability to work well cross-functionally and with customers

  • Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets, including demos, demo scripts, advanced use cases, and solution labs

  • Experience working with sales teams and partners

  • Technical certifications preferred but not required
