Job description:

Oversee the coordination of Air Traffic Control, Airport Maintenance (Landside and Airside), Airport Safety Operations, and Airport Security
Prepare and implement strategic plans, business plans, and budgets
Manage aircraft movement regulation services (Apron Movement Control / AMC) and flight schedule preparations (slot time)
Develop and implement the Airport Security Program (ASP), Airport Emergency Plan (AEP), and contingency plans
Manage the operation and service of passenger and cargo terminal facilities, as well as hygiene and sanitation control
Develop and manage airport service business partnerships and airport-related services
Coordinate with related agencies and institutions on airport operations
Oversee financial management, state property, personnel affairs, administration, public relations, legal matters, and information technology

Fast paced working environment|Well established mining company

Degree in Aviation or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the aviation industry or a similar field, with exposure to managing Airport Operations, Safety & Security, and Technical Maintenance.
Experience in Senior Management for Airport or similar role for at least 5 years
Extensive general airport knowledge and a Safety Awareness certificate.
Strong network with external agencies around the airport.
Proficiency in operations, investigation, and airport internal control auditing techniques.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a collaborative, results-oriented team environment.
Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities effectively.
Initiative, planning, organizing skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, client focus, and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and computer literacy.
