Associate Manager, Digital Marketing

Role Overview: As the Associate Manager, Digital Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing creative across performance marketing channels to drive member acquisition. The right candidate has a deep understanding of the digital landscape and appreciates the outsized impact that creative has on performance; you are equally excited about analyzing performance as you are about creative storytelling. As part of the broader US Marketing team, you will collaborate across disciplines to deliver on our mission to help millions of people build healthy habits for real life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development cycle of best-in-class performance creative from start to finish; including authoring briefs, facilitating content production, and leveraging results to inform future asset development and cross-channel testing
  • Support day-to-day relationships with creative partners, from external agencies to internal creators, and manage production of compelling and effective channel-first digital content
  • Partner with channel leads to facilitate real-time in-market creative optimizations
  • Transform creative performance and insights into codified cross-channel learnings and actionable next steps that align with our performance-driven creative strategy
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Brand Advocacy to identify talent and secure usage rights for promotion across channels, and Site Experience to ensure that landing pages are an extension of ad creative
  • Stay on top of the always-evolving digital creative landscape, from competitor creative to emerging technology
  • Manage and mentor direct report(s), ensuring their success and growth at WW

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related digital marketing experience
  • Project management skills expansive of prioritization, organization, stakeholder management and accountability to timelines and budget – without compromising best-in-class creative
  • Fluency analyzing creative performance; can identify trends and respond decisively to drive creative optimizations that deliver business results
  • Expertise and passion for digital and social platforms, including a strong knowledge of the current digital landscape, including TikTok and emerging platforms
  • Experience with dynamic content optimization (DCO) engines preferred
  • People management experience preferred
  • Excellent written and communication/presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Brand or related area
