Integrations Analyst

Position Overview:

The Integration Analyst serves as the conduit between the customer, the Integration Development Team, and the implementation team through which requirements flow. The Integration Analyst proactively communicates and collaborates with subject matter experts and the development team to establish the technical vision for a given request or project and analyze tradeoffs between usability. Once the technical vision has been established, the Analyst develops requirements specifications according to standard templates.

To ensure the technical vision has been met, the Integrations Analyst works with the customer from the project kick off call, all the way through UAT testing and the transition to the Customer Success Team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Kuebix Project Team to determine integration plan
• Consultting with the customer of Kuebix integration methods and best practices
• Creation of detailed Jira tickets that capture both the technical requirements and business use cases
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis during integration testing, user acceptance testing, and post-go live as needed
• Provide consulting and integration expertise throughout the lifecycle of a project.
• Integration Analysts provide remote consultation for new partner integrations, existing Trimble Transportation integrations and monitoring and responding to alerts or issues with the partner integration.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred
• Prior logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with SalesForce preferred
• Experience in EDI X12 (850,210,204,214,211) Communication standards a plus.
• Solid understanding of industry standard protocols and schemas used for integration applications (FTP, API, CSV, SFTP, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, CSV, etc…)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new system functionality
• Ability to interface directly with Clients professionally
• Ability to manage one selves’ workload
• Problem solving skills
