Brand Account Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Focus on scaling and amplifying brand understanding, enablement programs and tool adoption for various stakeholders (main focus on local marketers). Utilizing data analysis and KPIs to measure initiative successes and opportunities for improvements. Provide critical operations support for the B&D team such as budgeting, vendor relations, project management, etc. You will be a key evangelist for the B&D team and establish/own strong cross-functional partnerships.

Your tasks will include:
Lead key initiatives and special projects; setting up project teams, cadence, key milestones/tasks, tracking KPIs and reporting to stakeholders on outcomes and opportunities
Develop and institutionalize brand assets, systems, and guidelines in line with global standards
Assess and influence performance and productivity of key platforms and processes based on data-driven insights. Identify opportunities for brand learnings and knowledge sharing, setting up curriculum and training strategies
Design and support implementation of change management program to instill brand culture (vision, readiness assessment, plan, content, stakeholder alignment, comms, upskilling, etc.)
Brand stewardship: Key contact for providing global brand and visual identity guidance. Shape and influence adoption of brand and visual identity efforts.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

Data Analysis and deriving a narrative from KPIs

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

5+ years experience with cross functional design teams including requirements such as pivotal brand awareness/training projects
3+ years experience working with a design/creative team and knowledge of industry software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, creative digital asset management systems, and a strong understanding of the creative process and ability to provide creative critiques as needed.
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration for Marketing or Design
Familiarity with collaboration tools, methods, and processes such as Trello, Slack, Miro
* Additional knowledge of digital platforms such as Marekto, Ceros, Tableau, as well as production processes, tools and methods is a plus

YOU’LL WORK WITH
Brand & Design visual identity and publishing team for day-to-day responsibilities
Global Marketing functions, and regional/local cohorts.
