About the Role

We are looking for someone with a strong operational abilities who can lead courier growth and fleet partner processes across Germany.
This role works closely with regional teams to inform their roadmap and priorities, with fleet account managers to implement processes and foster growth, and drives cross-functional alignment with Support, Territory teams and Leadership.
This role calls for a combination of deep operational know-how, analytical skills and project/partner management.

What You’ll Do:

• Measure and improve our operational performance across all courier and fleet partner related processes
• Develop fleet partner incentives strategy for Germany and monitor efficiency of those incentives
• Provide regular operational & strategic updates and insights on delivery performance to German leadership
• Design and manage reports & dashboards that empower fleet account managers in their courier and fleet partner acquisition efforts
• Manage relationship with cross-functional partners (Legal, Support, Policy, PR, Restaurant Ops) on delivery related topics
What You Need:
• Bachelor or Masters in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent
• 3+ years of solid operational and analytical experience gained in Tech, Finance or Consulting
• A bias for data. You naturally take a scientific and highly analytical approach to everything you do with strong attention to detail and accuracy. You know how to use data to make decisions and are proficient working across large data sets with Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong ability to interpret data and communicate results in a structured and compelling manner to less technical audiences (e.g. leadership team, commercial POCs)
• Self-Starter, you explore and investigate proactively new ways of achieving our ambitious goals and create roadmaps and project plans to execute on initiatives
