Job description: Job Summary:As a UiPath Solution Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing efficient RPA Solutions that elevate business processes and drive automation initiative. Working collaboratively with stakeholders. You will analyze requirements, design scalable solutions and ensure the successful implementation and integration of UiPath RPA Technologies.Duties & Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Develop comprehensive end-to-end RPA solutions considering business requirements, scalability and sustainability.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze and comprehend process automation requirements.
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and select appropriate RPA Tools and Technologies based on project requirements and organizational goals.
• System Integration: Design and oversee the seamless integration of RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and create solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy and overall productivity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations and Business Units to ensure the seamless integration of RPA Solutions.
• Best Practices: Define and enforce best practices in RPA Development ensuring the delivery of high-quality and maintainable solutions.
• Training & Documentation: Provide training to development teams and create comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement mechanisms for monitoring and optimizing the performance of RPA Solutions.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in the RPA implementation process and develop effective mitigation strategies
• Stakeholder Co-ordination: Collaborate with Business and Technology stakeholders to gather requirements and design automation to address business issues.
• Development Oversight: Work with the Development team to oversee all implementation and process development activities ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare technical documents such as Solution Design Documents (SDD) considering business requirements, scalability, sustainability and other RPA best practices.
• Best Practice Design: Drive and contribute to best practice design, identifying reusable components, queues and configurable parameters.
• Interface for Stakeholder Management: Act as an interface for stakeholder management, addressing escalations where appropriate.
• Automation Opportunities: Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and provide solutions using UiPath.
• Architectural Oversight: Oversee architectural evaluation design and analysis of automation developments.
• Leadership and Training: Lead and train developers in best practices, continuously enhancing skills and abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field
• Overall 7+ Years of experience in RPA/Software development or automation using RPA Tools.
• Minimum 3+ Years of relevant experience as UiPath Solution architect is a must.
• Strong knowledge/experience in UiPath Documents understanding skills.
• Experience in leading technologies (IDP, OCR, AI/ML) offered by UiPath, Abby, Google, Microsoft, etc.
• Strong Programming Skills in C++, .NET/VB.NET/C++/Python/Java.
• Strong scripting language skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, VBA, VBScript, Bash.
• Experience in Database (SQL, NoSQL) and building and consuming API.
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiPath) Certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience as an RPA Solution Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing automation solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of UiPath platform.
• Familiarity with process analysis, design and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Ability to lead and guide development teams in implementing RPA Solutions.
• Relevant certification in RPA Technologies is a plus.
• Adept at process assessments and understands implications, opportunities and challenges of applying RPA to different business domains.
• Extensive experience using UiPath with end-to-end automation designs and architectural patterns.
• Extensive experience leading and managing high-performance teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
• Experience with agile development and the software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Extensive experience with enterprise-wide business process improvement initiatives.
