What You Will Do:.

  • Manage sophisticated book of healthcare business. Partner with customers, Stryker business leaders and sales teams, to advance Stryker products and services, bring data into the organization, drive Mako utilization and enhance the partnership between Stryker and the customer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with hospital/ASC leadership team and surgeon champions.
  • Have intimate knowledge and understanding about client’s data to create awareness and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as liaison to internal Stryker JR team and capital team
  • Lead projects with multiple stakeholders. Manage to project timelines and scope.
  • Identify project delays or risks and work with internal team and JR to overcome barriers to implementation.
  • Lead effective quarterly Business/Data Reviews, working to identify and achieve key clinical and operational client goals related to customer’s joint replacement service line.
  • Work with customers to help set Mako volume goals and drive Mako utilization. Uncover obstacles with customers that limit their ability to utilize Mako. Identify key resources within Stryker to help remove obstacles in the OR and/or other areas within the facility.
  • Demonstrate key knowledge of healthcare industry, specifically related to orthopedic care, including current reimbursement and regulatory requirements, evidence-based clinical practice, marketing and healthcare facility workflow. Field customer calls and emails regarding best practice and industry/regulatory questions.
  • Utilize clinical expertise to share best practices and drive change with customers, focusing on efficiency gains and other cost reductions related to process improvement.
  • Generate internal and external summaries for customers and Stryker leadership to understand customer strengths and weaknesses related to Mako utilization.
  • Assist sales team and Implementation Specialists on program demos or educational meetings with prospects.
  • Share key data findings and success stories with Stryker research and marketing teams.
  • Work with Implementation Specialists and Performance Analysts to ensure customers have a successful onboarding and training experience.
  • Develop customer facing presentation materials.
  • As needed, assist with product testing for new releases or future product offerings.
  • Serve as resource and clinical subject matter expert to Joint Replacement team, Capital team and other Stryker Business Units as needed.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 8+ years professional experience Required
  • 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience, with consistently increasing scope and scale of responsibility over that time frame preferred.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Healthcare consulting, client management, and or sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft programs, including, but not limited to Excel, Powerpoint, and PowerBI.
  • Self-starting, self-motivating mindset with ability to work remotely and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, problem solving ability, and process improvement orientation.
  • Demonstrated presentation and communication skills (presentation, written and verbal); ability to present and interact effectively in group setting and with hospital/ASC C-Suite and surgeons.
  • Ability to travel 30% or greater of work time.

$92,200- $199,900salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
