Systems Administrator

New York, NY | General & Administration | Full-time

We’re looking for an experienced systems administrator to help design and maintain our company’s internal tools.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders on the OfficeOps, Talent Acquisition, and Security teams to deliver on system improvements that support and delight employees in a measurable way.
Responsibilities

• Install and configure software, hardware, and networks
• Troubleshoot issues on MacOS and Windows platforms
• Administer user accounts in Google Workspace, Okta, and Azure
• Utilize Jamf and Intune to manage computer devices, push applications and scripts, and ensure endpoint compliance
• Deploy and manage virtual machines through Amazon WorkSpaces
• Document and maintain system administration operating procedures and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years systems administration experience within a hypergrowth environment
• Adept at growing and streamlining systems functions (startup experience is a huge plus)
• Experience with SaaS applications (Okta, Jamf, Intune, Slack, Google Workspace, BetterCloud), cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure), networking fundamentals, and interacting with scripts (bash, powershell)
• Well-versed in utilizing APIs and regular expressions in order to interconnect and automate systems
• Comfortable collaborating cross-departmentally and assisting teams across diverse geographies
• Ability to work in an office environment
