Job description: Salary: Around $690,000 per annum + gratuityEntry Requirements:(1) A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree in IT or computer studies, or equivalent;
(2) A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification working experience in IT field, including, IT project management, IT application development and maintenance, and/or IT system operations and management, etc., with at least 3 years at team leader level;
(3) Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(4) Effective verbal and written communication skills;
(5) Excellent interpersonal, presentation, planning and organizing skills;
(6) Be self-motivated, committed and able to work overtime if required;
(7) Experience in IT system operations and/or application development with good analytical and problem solving abilities;
(8) Possessing solid working experience in one or more of the following areas:
– information system and network security management
– network, server and database management and support
– application development and project management
– J2EE and web application development; and
(9) Possessing knowledge on PKI technologies, system audit and outsourced project / contractor management will be an advantage.Note: ‘Grade C’ and ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ and ‘Level 2’ respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.Duties:(1) To monitor the technical and operational performance of the contractor in accordance with the contract terms and service levels of the outsourcing contract of the Hongkong Post Certification Authority;
(2) To examine the design and deliverables, and to monitor implementation of change proposals;
(3) To handle complaints on the contractor’s operation and perform contract administration;
(4) To prepare, examine and update documentations, including procedures and reports; and
(5) To perform administrative tasks, to manage and to coordinate related parties on matters related to Hongkong Post Certification Authority operations and services.Terms of Appointment:(1) 1-year contract;
(2) Monthly salary $49,715;
(3) Discretionary performance pay up to 1 month’s salary in every six months;
(4) 14 days’ annual leave; and
