It also relies on Euronext support functions to accompany its growth.Euronext Corporate Services is looking for a Post-Listing Advisory Senior Associates for Belgium & the Netherlands.Job summaryAs Post-Listing Advisory Senior Associate for Belgium & the Netherlands, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of listed companies. You will work closely with equity issuers to understand their Investor Relations and ESG needs and provide tailored solutions using Euronext Advisory & IR Solutions services. This position involves assisting C-level managers, IR and ESG teams of listed companies who are looking to enhance their presence in capital markets by offering high-touch advisory, market intelligence, and decision-making analytics. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in finance and a desire to support companies in navigating the complexities of the capital markets.Key AccountabilitiesLead Execution of Advisory Services: Manage the delivery of high-quality advisory and analytical support for clients in accordance with the standards of the Advisory & IR Solutions team. Coordinate with the team of business analysts to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Advisory and Analytical Support: Provide comprehensive advisory support and analytics for clients, including studies, presentations, market surveillance, briefing and feedback memos, investor identification, and targeting. Monitor clients’ shareholder base, manage investor CRM, road books, and produce periodic market and listing updates.
• Insight into Investor Behaviour: Understand institutional equity movements and provide clients with insights into investor behavior.
• Investor Relations Roadmap: Advise clients on defining and executing their investor relations roadmap.
• Client Retention: Retain clients by delivering high-quality services, fostering productive and collaborative relationships, and serving as a key reference for their equity capital market needs.

Support Business Development Strategy Execution: Collaborate with Euronext stakeholders to implement the business development strategy effectively. Establish and maintain productive, collaborative, and trusting relationships within the financial ecosystem.Increase Local Market Awareness: Enhance market awareness for our advisory services by producing industry presentations, attending dedicated events, and interacting with the local ecosystem. Report activities in a business CRM, coordinating closely with the Sales direction.Evolve Service Offerings: Participate in the evolution of service offerings by identifying client needs, fostering cross-selling opportunities of Advisory & IR Solutions, serving Shareholder Analysis clients, and promoting other Corporate Services solutions.Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of client-facing experience in capital markets, either on the corporate (IR) side or on the financing side (investment banks, brokers, asset managers, financial communication agencies), with proven management capability and possibly a C-level network.
• Deep understanding and interest in the dynamics and mechanics of capital markets is essential.
• Successful track record of performance in investor relations, equity/debt advisory, and/or ECM advisory.
• Fluency in English is a required
• Fluency in French & Dutch is a big plus
