Who you are:
We are looking for a procurement manager to support our Americas procurement marketing services team. He or she should be a self-motivated and result driven individual who has strong analytical background in order to optimize complex projects. Additionally, the candidate is expected to be a strong communicator and influencer, with the ability to concisely and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders and drive innovations and changes.
Location: New York, Los Angeles, SF Bay
Responsibilities:
– Partner with Regional Marketing teams to develop sourcing strategy and execution plans for multiple sub-categories, including Media buying, Creative & Video Production, Social and PR communication, Events etc
-Collaborate with global and regional procurement teams to drive improvements and innovations for projects such as supplier management, sourcing process optimization, and purchasing efficiency
– Manage P2P procurement process management including purchase requests consolidation, supplier selection, contract negotiation and PO management
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve work efficiency, build accountability and provide timely resolution of issues
– Lead and manage key internal and external procurement partnerships
Qualifications
– Bachelor Degree required. Master Degree/ MBA preferred
– 5 years+ experience in procurement field including: develop sourcing strategies, lead commercial tactics such as negotiation and competitive bidding, manage supplier relationships and influence leadership/peers to drive business value.
– Data-driven or quantitative analysis skills; Problem-solving and independent thinking
– Great written and verbal communication skills
