We’re looking for an experienced B2B marketing operations professional to support MarTech and Marketing Operations for the Restaurant Marketing Team. You will report to the Marketing Operations Manager of Restaurant Marketing, supporting the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention.

 

The Impact You Will Make

  • Execute day-to-day tasks and activities related to supporting growth and development of Marketing Operations and Marketing Technology roadmap for the Restaurant Marketing team across the full lifecycle, with Salesforce, Pardot, and Braze at its core
  • Assist in deployment of overall Restaurant Marketing strategy in building out workflows, automations, lead scoring, and tracking across MarTech stack
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering and Analytics to implement best practices for marketing attribution to analyze and report on campaign performance
  • Support campaign owners with program tracking, status reporting and segmentation/ user flow management, data management

What You Bring to the Table

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations and/or Demand Generation
  • 1-2 years experience with Pardot (or other marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Braze)
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system
  • Experience with website CMS (WordPress), landing page development, and proficiency in HTML/CSS
  • Able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams within Marketing, Data, Product, and others.
  • Ability to manage and pivot between multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • A strong desire to collaborate with others and learn new platforms and technologies
