The Military Support Program (MSP) Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) team is seeking an energetic and proactive person to join our group. The successful candidate will perform Financial Analysis and Super Business Operations (SBOPs) Reporting and Earned Value Management (EVM) activities in a dynamic environment requiring the ability to work with limited oversight and to positively resolve issues.
Responsibilities include providing actionable budgets and forecasts integrated with core business processes, data analysis, internal reporting, working with program management and IPT leads, creating analytical tools, and other ad hoc requests.
MSP offers a broad portfolio of contracts that fall into all stages of the product lifecycle (initial baseline, program execution and closeout), creating an exciting and dynamic environment where the candidate should be comfortable with balancing competing priorities. Strong communication skills are required as this role interfaces with many functions (Planning, Program Management, Engineering, etc.).
This position ultimately requires the employee to obtain a Security Clearance and is expected to be supported at the designated Lockheed Martin Facility (In Office), however a percentage of the work is unclassified and may be able to support a more flexible work environment for successful individuals (Telework < 50%).

-Excellent analytical and financial analysis abilities
-Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – primarily MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
-Ability to obtain security clearance

-Large data analytical skills and tools knowledge such as Tableau
– Cost systems (SAP, COBRA, etc.) knowledge/experience
-Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills
