Job Type: Full-TimeJob OverviewThe Technical Support Specialist will play a key role in developing and modernizing enterprise applications, enhancing IFS ERP functionality, and leading cloud transformation initiatives. This position will also manage critical system integrations and provide performance-optimized solutions that meet evolving business requirements.Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom web, cloud, and mobile applications for enterprise use
• Lead modernization of legacy systems to align with current technology standards
• Manage end-to-end migration of applications to secure, scalable cloud platforms
• Build, test, and maintain integrations between IFS ERP, cloud tools, and third-party systems using APIs and middleware
• Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement tailored technical solutions
• Conduct system performance tuning, query optimization, and debugging across Oracle-based environments
• Implement robust documentation, backup procedures, and testing strategies to ensure system stability and data integrity

Job RequirementsEducation:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field

Experience:

• 8+ years in web, mobile, and cloud application development
• 5+ years of IFS ERP experience, including development, customization, and system integration
• Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Boomi, Mulesoft, or Workato
• Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and OData
• Strong command of PL/SQL, Oracle Databases, and query performance optimization

Skills:

• Advanced technical skills across middleware, ERP, and integration tools
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Effective communication, analytical thinking, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong documentation and technical support practices

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to project management systems within offshore or shipyard operations
• Familiarity with cloud deployment models: IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
