We offer flexible paid time off!- Great work deserves **recognition. **We have a robust recognition program, with ongoing and enhanced awards for exemplary performance.**How You Will Contribute**:Reporting to the Senior Director, Systems Integration Product Services, as an Operations System Integration Engineer, you will focus on the integration of multi-vendor solutions into our customers’ operations: OSS, BSS, lawful intercept, network management systems, and element management systems.- You will collaborate with Ciena colleagues and industry partners to convert top-level architectures into operationalized networks and integrate multi-vendor network equipment, orchestrators, OSSs, BSSs, EMSs, and NMSs.- You will perform project delivery, both remotely and on customer’s sites, as well as solution life cycle management activities: evaluation and impact assessment of revisions to solution components.- You will support customer engagements, including technical sessions, questions, planning, progress updates, and issue resolution.- You will be accountable for implementing proof of concepts (PoC) and demonstrate those for customers and customer clients.**What Does Ciena Expect of You?**- ** Customer Focused – **what’s important to the customer is also important to you.
