• Operating Days / Hours: Monday to Friday
• How Many Rooms: 4
• Practice Management Software: Oasis
• Overview of the Clinic: Long-standing practice (previously trading as Art of Dentistry, renamed to Maven around 2016). Located near Sunshine Coast University, local schools, retirement villages, and aged care facilities. Family-friendly area with a diverse patient demographic.
• Dental Services Offering: General dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implants, and soon to offer Invisalign.
• Clients: Demographics include school students, university students, workers, elderly, retirees, and families. High demand with a standby list for full books.
• Parking: Onsite parking available.

Practice Team & Clinicians

• Dental Assistants: 4 Casual Dental Assistants, 1 Part-time Clinical Coordinator.
• Other Support Staff: 2 Casual Receptionists and a Practice Manager.
• Dental Hygienists or Oral Health Therapists: 1 Part-time OHT & 1 Part-time Hygienist.
• Clinicians: 2 Dentists
• Culture of Practice: Positive, supportive team with a high emphasis on communication and personal growth.

Practice Set Up

• Chairs / Treatment Units: 4 chairs (1 left-handed), all in use.
• Clinical Imaging: OPG, Intra-oral cameras.
• CAD / CAM: Trios 3 scanner.
• Sterilisation: 2 sterilisers.
• Plant: 2 compressors and suction units.
• Surgical Devices: Osseso 300 (surgical drill).
• Endo Handpieces: 2 Protaper Next rotary systems.
• Anesthesia / Sedation Days: Not applicable.

Job Description

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients.
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums.
• Perform routine cleanings, extractions, fillings, and other dental procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care.
• Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

QualificationsWhat we want from you

• Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team.
• Passion to learn and develop new skills expanding scope of works.
• Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance (or able to obtain).
• Ability to work within Australia.
