• Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code.
• Gathering and evaluating user feedback.
• Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver winning products.
• Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
• Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.

Ideal Profile

• Experience in managing geo distributed highly available production services
• Familiarity with data center operations Hands on with Prometheus/InfluxDB, Grafana, OpsGenie
• Experience in writing and executing runbooks
• Experience working with Production support – Mandatory
• Should have experience in working with Global teams(24*7) – Mandatory
• Familiarity with Incident management and response process (SLA, SLO, SLI) – Mandatory
• Nice to have Automaton and scripting Experience (Python/Shell) Network troubleshooting Performance tuning
• Strong experience with : Linux, Ansible, CI/CD, Python or Shell, Kubernetes
• Infrastructure, Monitoring & Debugging
• Strong hands on Linux Administration experience (3+ years).
• Strong monitoring, debugging, troubleshooting skills
