We are now hiring aSupply Chain & Customer Service Technician (Part-time work)Duties:

• Maintain close contact with customers to be aware of their product supply needs by receiving monthly rolling forecasts and eventual purchase orders.
• Plan production in coordination with the manufacturing sites, sending orders and monitoring compliance with deadlines.
• Coordinate with the QA & RA Manager for the release of production batches and with the customer for the dispatch of goods.
• Prepare the necessary documents for the dispatch of the goods and customs formalities.
• Request quotes from logistics’ operators for the transport of goods and coordinate delivery with customers.
• In coordination with the QA & RA Manager, manage clients’ artwork designs until final approval and implementation.
• Preparation and dispatch of samples and documents via courier services
• Keeping the documentation storage system up to date in accordance with the quality system.

RequirementsRequirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Real high level of spoken and written English. Other languages will be an asset.
• Advanced MS Office user.
• Own vehicle.
