Job description: Role Description This is a part-time on-site role as an Art Teacher at PaintDraw MNL located in Quezon City. As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for conducting art classes, workshops, and private events, guiding students in developing their artistic skills and creativity. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver art classes and workshops for children, teens, and adults. Develop lesson plans and curriculum that cater to different skill levels and artistic interests. Provide individualized instruction and constructive feedback to students. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment. Organize and oversee art-related events and activities, including themed painting nights and private parties. Maintain the art studio’s supplies and equipment, ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Promote a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and community within the studio. Collaborate with other staff members to create a seamless caf and art experience for customers.
