Job Summary: Responsible for assisting the Senior Manager in the planning, formulation, implementation and monitoring of long and short-term strategies of the Agency Distribution. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Actively participate in the planning, formulation, implementation and monitoring of long and short-term strategies particularly for leaders and Y2 onwards agents and drive the development and management of Premier MDA and MDRT. Work closely with senior management and the relevant stakeholders in driving leaders and Y2 onwards strategy including MDA and MDRT initiatives aiming to achieve the Company’s business and strategic goals. Identify potential opportunity/ area of improvement/ learning, for future strategic planning and management. Collaborate with stakeholders from all functions in managing the development of leaders and Y2 onwards strategy including MDA and MDRT agents such as introduction of MDA and MDRT privileges and initiatives, recognition and/or promotion of MDA and MDRT qualification, MDA Networking session, Mentor and Mentee Club, etc. Promote awareness through events and activities to increase branding awareness of MDA and MDRT among agencies. Support immediate supervisor in preparing analysis, proposal and management presentations with respect to long and short-term strategies/ initiatives for Agency Distribution, aiming to create/ strengthen a value proposition aligning with the Company’s business and strategic direction. Participate in various company-wide business initiatives as required. Follow-up-and-follow-through any actions needed to ensure smooth implementation of strategies and initiatives and ensure timely delivery of key milestones of the implementation plans. Roles and responsibilities are not limited to the list above and may include ad hoc tasks that may arise from time to time. Job Specification: Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any other related field Life insurance experience is a plus, especially in Agency Distribution/ Agency Strategy/ Projects Management Office. Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with knowledge in planning and management Knowledge Strong strategic and forward-thinking skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with senior management team, internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and ability to connect the dots. Has a good command of written and spoken English. Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision always. Demonstrate high willingness to learn and go beyond status quo.
