Witness Experts is a provider of expert witnesses and court reports, specializing in areas such as medico-legal reports, dento-legal reports, and country of origin reports. We work closely with solicitors, barristers, courts, and tribunal services to provide reliable and accurate expert testimonies.The RoleThis role is suitable for:Persons who have experience working within professions such as legal, academia (PhD level preferable), journalism or non-government organisations such as Human Rights Charities.Essential Requirements:

• Proficient in Written and Spoken English language to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• Proven Track Record and Experienced Credentials to comment on countries of their specialist region.
• Punctual and can review documents and deliver high-quality research in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
• Extensive knowledge of the legal systems and judicial processes in Latin American countries.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and impartiality.
• Adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements essential to expert witness work.

Ideal Profile

• Accreditation/Membership to professional organisations that demonstrate your expertise in the field.
• Any published work including books/articles/reports addressing regional issues.
• Individuals with proven experience dealing with prevalent human rights, social and political issues in their respective countries of expertise are encouraged to apply.
• Adherence to high ethical standards and professional integrity, crucial for maintaining credibility and trust as a legal expert.
