Job description: Job descriptionRole purpose:Role holders will carry out activities that will include most of the following:
- Driving attainment of functional/functional unit results
- Co-ordinating and manage several complex projects
- Supporting and embedding change initiatives, identifying and developing new or improved delivery mechanisms
- Independently performing assignments to achieve stated objective. Also determining and developing an approach to achieve solutions
- Responsibility for the delivery of end results and contributing to planning, finances, budget and policy development
- Acting as escalation point for complex issues
- Negotiating mainly internally and at higher levels
- Responsibility for supervising a department or a functional unit/area team
- Management responsibility for a team of professionals, including people, performance, budget and planning decisions
- Acting in an advisory role/influencing the direction of his/her own discipline
- Understanding functional risks in own functional area and monitoring team adherence to policies
Main activities:
- Responsible of the full analytics flow to define the credit risk strategies which includes: Swap set, Simulation vintages, Internal and external score matrix, Creation of Level of risks, Approval rate impacts ( CorWA, RoTE), Segmentation, Credit line asignment, Benchmaking line matrix and Final impact calculation
- Responsible of the optimization on Management Information and process
- Responsible to meet agreed deadlines
- Responsible to deliver on time reports from portfolios to HBMX and Regional committees
- Responsible to provide advice and assistance through application of acquired knowledge to the team
- Responsible to communicate technical information to Senior Management
- Responsible to support and guide change initiatives
- Responsible to identify and escalate issues / concerns
- Be prepare and open to work with innovative tools such as Cloud, quantum computing, etc.
- Responsible to advise on change activities which involve data sources, affect data processes or impact data service provision.
- Maintain good relations with external customers, internal customers through an effective service and communication.
RequirementsFunctional Knowledge
- Desirable Bachelor degree in Risk Management, Applied Mathematics, Finance or Economics, Actuarial Sciences, engineering, Management or Business Administration.
- Personal financial services and consumer finance.
- Experience on financial measures and accountability.
- English skills Advance
- 6+ years of experience in Credit Risk.
- Experience on financial measures and accountability
Others
- Analytical skills and decision-making abilities.
- Advanced SAS programming and SAS miner
- Reserving methodologies for both IFRS and local GAAP.
- Planning, organization skills, negotiation skills, ability to influence people and effective communication.
- Numerical skills and the ability to evaluate costs.

- Experiences in working with auditors, regulators and compliance
