Personal interview: (0-20 points).Selection processThe selection process is governed by the principles of publicity, equality, merit,andability,constitutingtheeffectone selecting body composed of representatives of the group of research andoftheTechnicalUnitofmanagement of IBSAL.The selection process will consist of two phases:1. Analysis phase and curricular value of all nominations received, classified on the basisofbetteradaptationofthe Curriculum Vitae to the profile established and compliance with the requirements.2. Personal interview: the three candidates with the highest marks in Phase 1 willbeinvitedtoapply,providedthat their marks in Phase 1 exceed one half plus one.
