Manage the Presidents schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
Organize events and coordinate all related activities.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.B. Human Resources
Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates for various positions.
Evaluate the qualifications and competencies of potential candidates.
Maintain and update the database of staff qualifications and competencies.
Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Assist with employee relations, performance management, and other HRrelated tasks as needed.
