Your primary responsibility is to support and coordinate the best known methods of analytical metrology control from customers and Air Liquide implemented across the operations.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?– Lead the Measurement System Analysis (MSA) program to ensure long-term stability and analyzer capability throughout the business unit and supply chain.
– Define MSA plan/schedule, support sampling requirements, perform data analyses, and coordinate customer MSA requirements.
– Understand the tactical and strategic needs of customers, work both internally and externally to deliver metrology projects in a timely manner.
– Perform statistical analysis of experimental data and process quality control data and derive conclusions for business decisions.
– Manage, implement and document analytical requirements associated with products and manufacturing methods.
– Ability to develop and establish a metrology control system and trouble-shooting the analyzer issues.
– Develop analytical metrology roadmap for Electronics material and bulk gas to keep up with industry trends.Are you a MATCH?– Degree in Analytical Chemistry/Science/Engineering or equivalent.
– In-depth understanding of major metrology skills like GC instrumentation (FID/DID/MS), sample introduction and MSA.
– Knowledge in analytical metrology control with at least 1-2 years of analytical Lab experience.
