Job description: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.Responsibilities:
- Develop new leads and business relationships within the private and corporate market for membership and event sales.
- Ensure pipeline business is proactively managed through the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing the sale.
- Follow the post sales cycle to support renewals, including but not limited to low usage follow- up, regular member guests.
- Forge new business relationships within private and corporate markets for memberships and event sales.
- Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring consistent pipeline management and meeting monthly targets.
- Champion Sanad’s values by engaging with local businesses for mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential and existing members, guiding them through the Sanad experience.
- Collaborate with the team to manage CRM efficiently and personalize member interactions.
- Curate and coordinate exclusive member and club events, ensuring unforgettable experiences.
- Manage incoming enquires and respond in a timely manner utilizing Zendesk.
- Accurate time management identifying best times to tour potential members and managing the experience as appropriate.
- Manage the CRM efficiently ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Work with the concierge to ensure accurate CRM management and implement ‘Magic Touches’ for our members such as birthday gift etc.
- Maintain knowledge of the market, potential clients and competitors at all times.
- Execute regular lead generation activities via email, proactive calling, networking, and hosted site visits.
- Help manage existing Members renewals and their event requests.
- Proactively sell a variety of events to Members and generate a pipeline of non-Member event bookings.
- Meet and exceed all targets set which include but are not limited to sales conversion rate, call volume targets and new lead generation.
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
- Arabic & English Language Mandatory
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
