Join us as a Analytical Service Specialist for the Process Automation Business area where you will be ensuring the service portfolio is delivered effectively according to ABB standard processes and safety guidelines to satisfy customers. Executing technical support, acting as a specialist, and solving problems in their own area of expertise. This position reports to the Country Sales and dotted line to the Service Manager and based in Paranaque City, Philippines. Your responsibilities Providing technical support and solving problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, engineering and consulting, advanced services, extensions, upgrades, and retrofits; end-of-life services, replacements, etc Investigating customer needs through professional consulting.Providing technical consulting on service solutions to management and customers Managing customer relationships and maintaining regular contact with key customers Conducting specialist support and advisory service for the Sales team.Providing site healthy check for ABB installation base site and map Analyzers into servIS Coordinating and executing specialist service projects in relevant areas internally and externally (e.g., create milestones, project plan, cost supervision, action steps, project reviews, and project supervision) including all commercials Preparing all documents and reporting to be signed by the customer representative Providing service training to channel partner and end customer to grow their skill for ABB analyzers Determining suggestions for product and quality improvement proactively and communicates them further in the ABB organization Your background Degree holder from instrumentation, automation or electrical engineering or other related courses 3 to 5 years of service experience on water and gas analyzer in water and power utility industries Ability to travel to customer site and manage multi tasks in a certain period Good communications skills in English and Filipino, local VisMin dialect is an advantage Customer and service-focused mindset More about us ABB’s Measurement & Analytics division is among the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of smart instrumentation and analyzers.
