Qualification
- SNCO rank with affiliated courses or Officer with former Queen’s Commission within the Military Police.
- State or Federal Police Officer with investigation experience.
Experience
- Leadership positions on police deployments.
- Current law enforcement certification.
- Experience in mining operations or oil and gas.
- At least 5 years of experience in investigation.
- Proven track record of previous cases investigated.

Responsibilities
- Required to submit detailed investigation reports to Legal Counsel, Head of Security, and Project Director.
- Provide advice to Management on the security of people, products, and property; be responsible for the conduct of operations to minimize loss; and provide guidance on production security to Production Departments.
- Be able to prepare concise reports to management. Thorough documentation of incidents.
- Identifying the cause of undesirable situations (e.g., notable losses, unexplained shrinkage, inventory discrepancies, etc.) where nefarious activity is suspected.
- Documenting and correlating facts surrounding any situation or allegation.
- Identifying suspects involved in a crime or act of misconduct.
- Case Management and detail 360* evaluation and collecting of evidence.
- Compiling information that proves or disproves an allegation or that implicates or exonerates an individual suspected of committing a crime or misconduct.
- The ability to work within a culturally diverse environment with no adverse history.
- Guide, create, and implement investigation procedures in support of Reko Diq Mining Company activities in Pakistan, including retrospective analysis, and future operational planning.
- Build and execute investigation SOPs for all aspects of the company’s activities in Pakistan.
- Oversee the daily conduct of site security and routine deployments of all mobile security operations off-site when not directly involved in investigation activities.
- Assist in the leadership of the RDMC Security Team including as point of contact for the Security Superintendent in his absence and when required.
- Be a meaningful contributor to the safety culture of Reko Diq at the site and in the operating areas.
- Collect and maintain data for improving security operations and preparing periodic security reports, including leadership briefings.
- Travel when directed, for security visits, inspections, investigations, conferences, and meetings. Required to travel within the country of Pakistan.
- Any other investigation or security task assigned by the Head of Security or Security Investigations Superintendent.
- Managing the investigative response, and all resources associated with the investigation.
- Collect evidence and information through interviews, surveillance, and research through the RDMC software platforms.
- Manage and maintain confidential information and sensitive documents related to investigations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the investigative process.
- OSNIT basic investigations and monitoring of social network trends.
- OSNIT basic investigations of marketplace advertisements with possible company equipment for sale.
- Unplanned and additional hours outside the normal shift hours as per case information and after-hours incident reporting.
- Establishing an Informer network.
