Additionally, conduct comprehensive training sessions to maximize system utilization.

• Client Engagement: Foster strong client relationships through frequent visits, offering pre-sales evaluations, and delivering top-notch after-sales service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Manage machine maintenance tasks and promptly address technical issues through effective troubleshooting techniques, ensuring optimal system performance at all times.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: You should have at least 1 year of experience in similar technical service roles.
• Education: A diploma degree or higher, preferably in mechanical, IT, automation, or electrical fields.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Proficiency in mechanical and electrical concepts, along with basic AutoCAD knowledge, is essential.
• Language: Fluency in Mandarin is required.
