- Serve as nursing staff at the DHC Express;
- Provide support to the Chief Care Coordinator;
- Offer health assessment / screening / education / PEP / health coaching and other nursing services.
Job Requirements:
- Part 1 or 2 registration with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
- Have Level 2 / Grade E or above in English Language and Chinese Language in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent;
- For the post of Care Coordinator, with at least 5 aggregate years of experience in community health related service;
- For the post of Registered Nurse, with 2 aggregate years of experience in patience care related nursing practice as registered nurse.
Remuneration is based on the Master Pay Scale of Common Posts in NGOs and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.全職員工可享有以下完善員工福利
