Then come to our “Insanely Customer Centric” Team and become a Certified International Specialist!YOUR TASKSWorking Location : DHL Central Asia Hub, Chek Lap KokReporting to Senior Manager, Operations Programme, you will be responsible for managing operations quality projects in Central Asia Hub (CAH) on a day-to-day basis to deliver improvements in service quality and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to specified quality criteria.Responsibilities:· Lead quality improvement projects and implementation of quality management system in CAH.o Ensure quality management system (ISO 9001: 2015) are implemented, audited and updatedo Ensure procedures as defined in Global SOP are implemented and audited. Prepare and conduct audit program to ensure compliance with procedureso Ensure quality initiatives are implemented, monitored and reviewed effectively in CAH· Deliver new capability and service standards to meet DHL Global SOP & customer needs, including but not limited to network operation systems, special handling procedures, infrastructure upgrade etc.· Develop and maintain relationships with key customers/stakeholders and ensure a comprehensive understanding of their business needs, including planning and monitoring of overall progress, use of resources, preventive & corrective actions, risk/contingency plans and support/advice needed.· Work closely with other teams e.g. Operations, Customs Clearance, Network Control groups in hub and counterparts in DHL network to resolve issues.YOUR PROFILE· Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines· 5-7 years’ solid experience in managing large scale / complex projects, preferable in MNC environment· Previous experience in leading quality & continuous improvement function will be a big advantage· Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills· Strong project management skills with excellent analytical and problem solving competencies· Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with colleagues from different level (front line to senior management, local and regional)· Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese· Good command of MS Office applications including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint· Self driven, able to work independently and under pressureOUR OFFER
