Job description: We are a boutique recruitment agency that recruits selective personnel to act as Managers.Remuneration can come in one of the 3 forms, Directors Fees, Salary or a percentage of quarterly profits., or a percentage of quarterly profits.The RoleYou will be responsible for :
- Designing business plans in line with Company’s strategy and objectives.
- All general office administration functions and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
- Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
- Acting as the main point of contact for any general office and/or facility related concern.
- Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
- Supporting on-boarding/off-boarding of staff.
- Developing and communicating internal guidelines and best practices with respect to your overall responsibilities.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Manager / Chief of Staff or Office Manager role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
- You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
