As a Facilities Administrator, your role is critical in maintaining a seamless and polished operation at the front desk service and reception area. With a focus on exceptional customer service, you will contribute to creating a welcoming and professional environment for our valued clients, customers, visitors, and guests. [Reception Duties and Visitor Management]:
1. Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner at all times. Maintain the reception area in a neat, tidy, well-organized, and safe condition.
2. Greet, welcome, and properly direct visitors in a friendly and helpful manner.
3. Ensure visitors sign in accordance with client requirements and promptly notify company personnel of visitor arrivals.[Administrative Support and Document Management]:
1. Execute routine and assigned administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate completion as directed by the Facilities Manager or site lead.
2. Skillfully manage document management, including organizing audit-required documents and proficiently filing both soft copies and original documents.
3. Maintain and record utilization of meeting rooms.
4. Take charge of planning and coordinating events, including creating valuable content and preparing monthly newsletters as an event planner.
5. Support the Site Lead/Team Lead in implementing local and regional initiatives, fostering a coordinated approach for the team.[Security and Safety]:
1. Comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations at all times.
2. Responsible for maintaining the security and telecommunications system.
3. Maintain security protocols by closely adhering to procedures, regularly monitoring the logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
4. Manage the Security Access pass database, which includes tasks such as adding and removing users, issuing temporary security and building access passes, conducting bi-annual audits of restricted area authority, and monitoring the Temporary Security access pass register as needed.
5. Effectively handle pressure situations and manage unwelcome visitors.
6. Ensure strict compliance with Safety Health & Environment Management Requirements, aiming for full adherence.[Regional and Team Support]:
1. Manage parking allocation for eligible employees, ensuring efficient utilization and fostering a positive relationship with BMO.
2. Provide support to other offices within Taiwan’s portfolio as required, including rotational assignments.【工作制度/性質】 工作時間: 日班

附加條件: Desired experience and technical skills:
1. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist is required.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Demonstrates customer focus and delivers excellent service.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5. Possesses an overachieving attitude, incorporating the following qualities:
