Job description: Your missionRole:We are seeking for an Oracle NetSuite Administrator/Developer to join our Global IT Team. As Oracle NetSuite Administrator/Developer, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of NexGen’s NetSuite One World instance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, implement system enhancements, and ensure compliance with SOX regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite administration and development, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Responsibility:
- Administer and maintain NetSuite One World instance, including user access, roles, permissions, and configurations.
- Implement and optimize business processes within NetSuite to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee day-to-day operations regarding system-controlled processes such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, and Manufacturing.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations to meet evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to NetSuite configurations, processes, and SOX controls.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure uptime and data integrity.
- Collaborate with accounting and audit teams to ensure compliance with SOX regulations, including documentation of controls, testing, and remediation efforts.
- Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionality and best practices.
- Stay current with NetSuite updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes to inform system enhancements and compliance efforts.

Your profileYour Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator/Developer, preferably in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment with NetSuite One World.
- Experience implementing and maintaining SOX controls within NetSuite.
- Experience with workflow automation, suitescript, custom records, custom fields, reports, and saved searches.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
