- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital advertising space.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze ads report performance and communicate same to the clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
COMPENSATION SCHEDULE:We believe in fair and timely compensation. We offer weekly payment cycles and provide test projects during the initial month. Starting rates are based on project requirements, with consistent rate increases for consistent and efficient work. As you progress, your hourly rate will grow accordingly.Ideal Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling digital advertising products.
- Proficient English with little to no traceable accent.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team.
- Provide evidence of past sales performance, including close rates, deals closed, and any relevant reporting.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve common goals.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must be familiar with ads campaigns and reports.
