- Conduct rigorous prospecting to secure new business and foster growth.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations, including active participation in trade shows.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and prospects across all levels.
- Manage customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring satisfaction and facilitating product development.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Develop strategic account and territory plans to elevate sales with diverse customer decision-makers.
- Handle administrative tasks such as quoting, forecasting, and budgeting using CRM tools.
- Optimize travel within the territory to maximize customer interactions and budget efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the packaging industry, preferably in thermoforming.
- Proven ability to secure new customers and expand market share with existing ones.
- Proficiency in value-based selling strategies and relationship building.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent analytical abilities to drive profit optimization strategies.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
