Job description: Responsibilities:
- Handling daily accounting operations including data entry, accounts receivables and payables transactions in system.
- Assist in payment process and bank reconciliation
- Provide clerical support to Accounting Department, such as scanning document, data processing and document filing
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements:
- F.5 or above with LCCI 2nd level or Diploma in Accountancy
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Experience in accounting systems such as Flex Account is preferred
- Responsible and able to work independently with strong sense of accuracy
- Immediate available is preferred
