Job description: Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily accounting operations including data entry, accounts receivables and payables transactions in system.
  • Assist in payment process and bank reconciliation
  • Provide clerical support to Accounting Department, such as scanning document, data processing and document filing
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with LCCI 2nd level or Diploma in Accountancy
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Experience in accounting systems such as Flex Account is preferred
  • Responsible and able to work independently with strong sense of accuracy
  • Immediate available is preferred
