Job summary
Our mission at Amazon Fashion is to make Amazon’s stores the most-loved Fashion destinations globally. We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager: an exciting new role to help support and manage day-to-day marketing operations as we continue to expand fast in the EU. The Marketing Operations Manager will work closely with various business stakeholders to develop varied solutions ranging from offshoring, automation, optimization, performance improvement for strategic business and marketing programs. This individual should have a passion to dive deep, strong project management skills, a focus on simplification and optimization, passionate about career development and strong people management skills. This role would suit someone comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, navigating ambiguity and conflicting priorities. Strong candidates must have the ability to work autonomously, take ownership, have excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to influence others. This role can be based in our main corporate offices in the UK, Germany, France, Italy or Spain.

Key job responsibilities
In your role, you will:
• Work closely with, and support the Sr. Product Automation Manager on key marketing ops initiatives, scaling, offshoring and automation, and ensure their smooth running through strong project management and communication.
• Lead the effort of building SOP to enable marketing offshoring and automation, by steering on a large team of junior marketers/interns reporting into you.
• Project manage marketing offshoring pilot and monitor progresses through a data driven approach.
• Become a SME of Amazon marketing tools, and share best practices with key marketing stakeholders.
• Lead the smooth running of junior marketers’ onboarding and training programmes, including the regular updating of useful resources and owning the training calendar.
• Effectively people manage a large team of junior marketers/interns that works on a variety of different marketing topics and be in charge of their professional & personal development.

For this position, we expect:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 4+ years or more of experience of managing large teams
• Excellent analytical skills and attentions to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, ambiguous and dynamic work environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and strong project management skills
• Ability to problem-solve using creative thinking and innovation
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Further qualifications would be a plus:
• Experience in marketing operations
• Knowledge in executing Amazon marketing tools: Bullseye, Content Harmony, Sonar
• Background with or basic understanding of marketing channels and programs including homepage, email, display advertising and social media
• Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes
