Job summary
We are looking for a talented attorney to support the rapidly growing and evolving our rapidly growing and evolving Marketing and Consumer teams. You will work directly with your business partners on a broad range of matters, including marketing, privacy and regulatory compliance.

This role may be based in any of the following cities: New York, NY; Arlington, VA; Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA.

Key job responsibilities
• Conducting legal review of program features, and marketing and promotional materials
• Structuring, drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements, ranging from standard commercial contracts to strategic deals
• Resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, including data use and privacy
• Handling regulatory contacts and advising on regulatory matters
• Building relationships with internal stakeholders and communicating clearly across all levels of multiple organizations
• Developing and executing creative solutions to manage risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one state bar
• 3+ years of experience practicing law as an attorney

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A mix of transactional law firm and in-house experience
• Strong drafting, negotiating and analytical skills and deal-making experience
• Enthusiasm, flexibility, and comfort in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully cross-functionally
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Active pro bono practice and demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal profession
