Amazon.com.br Retail team is looking for a self-motivated and customer-obsessed Marketing Manager to join the team.
As a Cross Site Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of onsite marketing projects that impacts multiple categories across Amazon.com.br. You will work in partnership with Retail Category Marketing Managers to increase product discoverability, and implement processes and tools to help Amazon scale the business.
Key job responsibilities
- Own Cross Site Marketing projects and initiatives
- Work on scaling and automating marketing initiatives
- Ensure alignment across multiple Categories’ marketing initiatives
- Ensure all marketing campaigns meets Amazon standards
- Benchmark marketing/merchandising projects with other locales
- Ensure a clear end-to-end merchandising strategy
- Run multiple experiments (A/B tests) to understand customer behavior and keep experimentation culture among Marketing Managers
A day in the life
- Support Marketing Managers on their day-by-day
- Create SOPs and share knowledge about marketing tools and process
- Support host teams on deploying/improving marketing tools
- Create and maintain merchandise for X-site stores
- Track and share X-site Marketing projects status report
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management or product management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communication
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams
- High attention to detail, high degree of organization, and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills – ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
- Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with developing, executing and optimizing marketing experiments and tests
- Experience developing marketing campaigns for retail customers
- Comfortable questioning the status quo and existing practices
