Brand Marketing Associate, Officer

In this role, you will play an integral role in helping to drive brand representation across marketing assets and collateral for the organization and leading several integrated marketing efforts across business lines. You will be responsible for working with leadership, marketing colleagues and agencies to drive marketing and communications efforts across platforms including, web, social media, sales materials, and PR.

As Brand Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for a wide-variety of brand communications programs targeting external and internal audiences, including:

  • Working closely with the Brand Director to elevate the brand in the market
  • Developing creative ways to communicate the overall company vision, business strategy, organizational changes, accomplishments, thought leadership, etc.
  • Serving as the brand marketing lead for our Asset Stewardship program, an important area for our firm. Developing the marketing strategy and plan for the year, execution of key BAU and annual tactics as well as developing creative new promotion strategies and opportunities.
  • Owning our Fearless Girl marketing efforts tied to the gender diversity pillar of our Asset Stewardship program.
  • Program managing major brand communications initiatives, including annual executive communications
  • Ensuring all brand templates and creative executions meet quality expectations and brand standards
  • Supporting delivery of messages through video, landing pages and other formats
  • Partnering with the social media team to develop and write content for company social media channels
  • Partnering with content, channel marketing and public relations colleagues to effectively communicate business priorities, initiatives and products to external stakeholders and targeted audiences
  • Writing and editing presentations, talking points, Q&A, memos
  • Educating internal teams on the brand and being a brand advocate within and outside of marketing. Develop content and new creative ways to help internal teams understand the brand, in partnership with the communications team.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5-7 years of experience in communications, marketing or brand management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that provide clear direction and enable collaboration between teams
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and feedback effectively
  • Experience building relationships, confidently interacting with all levels of leadership and understanding and valuing cultural differences
  • Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and balance competing goals, projects and personalities
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Experience navigating and getting things done in a large organization
  • Interest in brand strategy
