Core Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall training of all new hires/temps for the call center, as well as all follow-up training completions Ensuring new hires/temps have all accesses assigned, after completed by Dept. Trainer Desk/Phone set-up for all new hires Daily maintenance and updating of all training/reference materials within Service Now Knowledge Base Works daily with management, department trainer, and analyst to evaluate opportunities for additional training Works with assigned trainers to ensure training is consistent and accurate Monitor and provide feedback to call center supervisor as to the performance of the trainers and trainees Performs leadership role and has the authority to make decisions regarding the appropriate action to resolve customer issues, to include answering phone agent questions Exceptional customer experience via phone/email Answering calls as needed Assists with Call escalations Responsible for ensuring timely execution of all WorkDay Learning Activities by all EE’s in the Call Center Acts as Temporary Team Lead for weekend on-call coverage and any time there are no Adv. Phone Agents or Team Leads available during regular hours of operation Monday through Friday. Responsible for QA’s regarding Training Execution and Training Follow-up both with trainers and trainees.

Skills

Verbal and written communication Professional phone etiquette Multitask, able to work in fast pace environment Problem Solving skills Knowledge of S/R program Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations

Requirements:

Associates Degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, business or equivalent 1-2 years’ experience of leadership 2-3 years’ experience in customer service call center 2-3 years’ experience in Training.
